I GOT A PARKING CITATION AND SO DID THE CAR NEXT TO ME. I REPLACED THE TICKET ON THE CAR NEXT TO ME WTIH MINE. MY TICKET GOT PAID. AND THE ONE I TOOK? I MAILED TO POSTSECRET.

Vader Drives A F1 Car

On Sunday Formula 1 was on. You know the race in Monaco. Funny thing... I'd swear that the pit crew was made up of Storm Troopers. For a quick second I thought there was a car with Star Wars logos emblazoned all over it's body. I swear I saw George Lucas.

I wasn't seeing things. It was Team Redbull.

John Williams

Hehe! I woke this morn to the Star Wars Main Title playing. I was like in my room? Where? Then I realized it was NPR on my clock radio. They were interviewing John Williams. OMFG..!!111!one!! Amazing... I never tire of his pieces ever. I suppose that's why I have the Ultimate 'Phantom Menace' soundtrack.

He gave 'Jaws' its jaws, a bunch of tone deaf aliens a sense of rhythm, and a bad guy something to strut to. I ~~admire~~ love John Williams, and you know you do to.

Those soundtrack albums belonged to my mother. I blame her for my soundtrack fetish. It's all her fault.

Bounty Hunters Are Cool

No comic books what-so-ever. I'm lagging.

I really wish I had picked up the Zam Wesell graphic novel way back when.

I still have my Zam speedster ships, guns and action figures.

Speaking of guns (yes, I am SO random,) did you all know that there will never be a Megatron toy made. Ever. Because Megatron is a gun.

Cinnabun Hair

Back in the 1st grade my hair used to be really, really long. Like too long for a 6 year old. Guess what I was for Halloween that year? Princess Leia! My older sister & mother worked really hard on that mop of hair.

Sacramento Bookdrive

If you live in the Sacramento area there's been a children's bookdrive going on. It started April 15th and will end on May 15th. There are a ton dropoff locations - Chipotle, Borders, and the libraries... like I needed an excuse to go to any of those places.

I wonder how many copies of the late Trina Schart Hyman's 'Little Red Riding Hood' I can donate?
